do you make CM thank you's?

Do you make CM's thank you's... one year we did this with little thank you for making our trip so magical and attached a pack of gum to the little card.... does anyone have any neater ideas.. I love being able to give a special cast member that helps us... something specia..

example.. maybe they stop to take a family pic of us on a ride etc...


any other ideas of what you may have done or going to do?
