Do you like word puzzles?

So a local concert venue is having a promotion on fb unscramble the names of the performers they will be announcing tomorrow and win free tickets. They have had 8 correct unscrambles so far but the first one they posted is still missing the correct answer. Can you please help me win a pair of tix?

They really have a wide variety of shows they host. The other answers today have been The Pogues, The Legwarmers, Ra Ra Riot, All Star Weekend, The Ready Set, Ghostland Observatory, Glassjaw, like I said a wide range of performers.

But the one that has not been answered is scrambled as
Crbm Srdauorsb
It has to have 4 letters in the first word and 9 letters in the second word but the letters can appear in either the first or last. Also to make it more difficult I don't know if it is an artist or a group/band? Going off their other examples the C and S should remain capitalized but possibly interchangeable.

Thanks for any help that you may be able to offer while I would really love to win free tickets at this point I am just way too more annoyed that I can't figure it out and won't get the confirmed answer for 24 hours .

I stink at anagrams. But, I did run it through an engine and it found no two word solutions. So I believe that means its going to be someone's name.

I was leaning towards a proper name but it is difficult to figure out given the vowels given and the supposed capital letters. Stupid puzzles like this really get to me especially since I am horrible at them. Thanks for the help.

Sorry . Kinda why I came here because I KNOW I will be waking up in the middle of the night thinking about these dumb letters. They are so distracting. Atleast I promise to post the answer for you tomorrow

Bands tend to crisscross and overlap so chances are they've been together before. instead of banging my head on a wall I'd try some detective work and backtrack the schedules of the other bands and see if that might give you a clue. You don't mention the venue but it could even be that this band is lesser known local bar band so if that's the case check out small time local bars for some names too. Another thought, have any big bands of the same kind broken up recently? Sometimes singers like to break off and name a new band after themselves so they still get recognition. Just a few ideas on angles.

Sorry I think I was misunderstood these are all separate concerts so I can't cross-reference the one I know will be there with this one. If that's what you meant?

I've already spent too much time googling the other bands and upcoming concerts and looking at lists of performers. I've been randomly trying different combinations hoping google would finish the rest for me (Ross, Russ, drum, etc). I'm getting nowhere! LOL!

I think I'm going to have to give up. I have looked the bands up on Amazon and then followed the links to see 'people who bought this album also bought...', thinking there may be a connection there. I also googled some of their past opening bands, thinking that they may be playing with them at this event too.

And, just to answer your question, NO! I don't like word puzzles.

I did the Amazon thing too!

This would probably jump out at somebody who was familiar with current music. The only one on the list I knew was All Star Weekend because they are on Disney Channel.

I'm pretty sure the guys that have already posted have got it right and the venue has got the anagram wrong and that it is Marc Broussard...
