Do you like to watch shows about true crime-like Snapped-on tv?

I don't know why but lately I have been watching a lot of true crime shows like 48 Hours Mystery, Snapped, Dateline, and Cold Case Files. do you like any of these shows? I can't believe some of the Snapped episodes! Like how that one lady tired to kill her husband by giving him a beef sandwich that sat outside in the hot hot sun for hours and it didn't work. Then did something else that actually killed him. What are your favorite episodes or shows?

That's how I've been lately. And I don't even like shows like CSI or anything like that, but give me the I.D. channel, and I'm set!

oh honey, you have NO idea....forensic files, snapped, cold case files, american justice, 48 hours mystery, dateline on ID, crime 360, the new detectives....name the true crime show, i watch it, lol. my daughter is a true crime junkie too.

I watch those shows. DBF doesn't like me watching Snapped though. He says it may give me too many ideas. My nana is obsessed with true crime stories. She could spend hours watching court TV.

Love them - and also LOVE reading true crime books.. It amazes me that these murderers are so sloppy and think they're going to get away with it.. LOL

This is one of the reasons I love the internet--I just found out I'm not alone! Before I signed on tonight, I watched 2 episodes of Snapped. I'll probably be watching the true crime story on CBS on Saturday night. For some strange reason, I love those stupid shows.

In high school I used to read many crime books, I remember my mom getting worried when I was reading about the Hillside Stranglers. I miss Dayle Hinman though.

I can't watch those shows -- they give me nightmares and make me paranoid.

Oddly enough, I had a project where I had to read ACTUAL criminal court cases files for weeks. Pretty bad stuff. Didn't bother me in the slightest.

Go figure.

I like to watch them & then get extremely paranoid. It doesn't help that I'm usually watching them late at night after the kids are in bed.

Although, after I watch some of them think -- I most certainly don't have a mind of a killer because I would have never had that idea enter my mind! Although, then I wonder how many would be killers watch it & then go "Ok, so if I'm going to kill I know I need to get rid of this, this & this evidence", that they wouldn't have thought to get rid of before.

Okay...also a lover of Forensic Files, 48 hrs mystery, Dateline, and all those but what is Snapped? What channel is it on? I used to really like Dale Hinman too but I don't see her show very much anymore.

Snapped comes on Oxygen channel. It is a half hour-or some of the new ones are now 1 hr-show about woman who kill. Usually it's their husbands, but there have been a few parents or children. It's on Oxygen all the time! They have day long marathons on sometimes.
