Do you like to take naps?

Glad to know i'm not the only one. I was beginning to think something was wrong with me. I only get about 6 hours of sleep at night and then I work out 2 hours a day. And when I get home from the gym I have to nap or I can't function.

Typically, no. Lately, YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It has been a very busy month here, and I haven't had time to get much "normal" sleep (lately 4 or 5 hrs). I just woke up from a 1 hr. nap about 30 min. ago. It was nice, as DS3.75 came in and cuddled me. (DW is working.)

I love to nap! But lately I'm almost tired of napping b/c I seem to be actually needing at least one short nap every day or I can't function. I liked it much better when napping was a choice rather than a need.

Good to hear I'm not the only one that loves naps. I actually NEED to take one daily. My MS causes really awful fatigue. One minute I'm energetic and ready to go and the next I'm falling asleep standing up. :p

Yes I take naps. As matter fact I take one day.

I hate napping...I don't like to waste an hour or so of daytime to nap.....

In the past couple weeks, I took a nap a few times. Heavenly!! :teeth: Wow...what I was missing when I worked! LOL! Unfortunately, it's time to get back to work.  I dread the thought of the eyes hurting from lack of sleep, the dragging at 3 p.m.

More than Ice cream and chocolate...but I guess its because its a rare treat!!

I don't like to nap, but sometimes I don't have a choice. Either go to bed or fall asleep where I'm sitting or standing.
I just hate the groggy feeling when I wake up and the time wasted.

I nap almost every day. I don't know if it's really a nap, but a part of my normal sleep. I go to bed about 9pm and up at 3:30am, so that's 6.5 hours. I usually sleep from 2:30pm-4:00pm. That's 8 hours, so I'm not sure that's a nap.

I hate to Have to nap but I don't seem to have a choice. My body shuts down from 1 p.m.--3 p.m. If I don't nap then I end up getting sick and I don't function at all. I sleep (and even dream) in the afternoon but when I wake up I am ready to do until 11 p.m. or 12 a.m. What is a pain is that I can't not nap and that includes when I am away as well. There is no vacation from my nap.

I have to nap on the weekend, at least 2-3 hours. I try to get it in both Saturday and Sunday, but it doesn't always happen. Ever since I've had this stupid virus (over a year now), I can't function without one since I can't take one during the week. Sometimes, I even come home early on Friday and take one after work! Not that I don't enjoy them. I used to nap when my DS was still taking naps because he wouldn't lie down unless I lay down with him. It also gave us our alone time so he could talk to me about "stuff". Invariably, it would end up being about our favourite topic WDW!:p

I would have posted to this thread sooner but I was busy
