Do you like to do things alone?

I'm alone a lot and I'm very comfortable with it. :)

I spend a lot of my life alone. I would actually like to do more things with people.

I love to go shopping alone. I like being able to take my time at the sale rack, try on whatever I want, skip the stores I'm not interested in and not feeling like I'm slowing anyone down or rushing them!:goodvibes

I've actually never been to dinner or a movie on my own. Or WDW. I'm a fairly social person but I do enjoy my alone time and always appreciate it. Unless, I'm at home... I'm with the PP who said they HATE being home alone... it freaks me out completely. I'm suspicious of every single noise and on edge the entire time!

I like to shop and see movies alone. I feel a bit odd dining out or going to themeparks alone though. I've gone to WDW for partial days alone and I feel kind of lost for some reason so going alone for a complete trip kind of worries me.

I'm another one who really enjoys alone time. I have no problem going to the movies or dining out alone. I prefer to shop alone, because I find it so boring to stand around while other people browse. I enjoy my alone time at home as well, since it makes it so easy to curl up and get lost in a good book.

The only thing I really have no desire to do alone is go on vacation. I enjoy company on vacations (but not too many people). I love sharing vacations with DH and couldn't imagine going on one without him. I often go through the single rider line at WDW without DH, and that's just fine, but I don't think I could do an entire Disney trip solo.

Well it's nice to see that I'm not quite the only crazy one. I still think I can out-crazy you all, though. I also want to take a weekend camping trip alone :lmao:. Seriously, I think that would be relaxing! I probably won't, but everytime I see that stack of dishes in the sink left untouched by 3 other people, I think, maybe this will be the weekend......

I prefer to do most things alone and I'm a pretty private person. I do have a great time at get togethers and cook outs but would not want to do these things every weekend. I like to go grocery shopping alone (the only shopping I do other than grocery is online) and run/work out alone. I also prefer to drive alone (meaning with no one else in the car). When I go on trips with family or whomever I always get my own hotel room. It's just so nice at the end of the day to get away from everyone (except if I'm with a boyfriend I don't mind him being there ;) ).

I'm going on my first solo trip for 6 days this October to WDW. There's parts I'm looking forward to (hours of going around the lazy river at TL, sitting by the pool and reading, working out in the gym, watching shows no one else wants to see, taking pictures, etc.) but also parts I know I'll really miss having someone else there (watching people enjoying their family and friends, seeing memorable spots around WDW, couples together during the fireworks).

I love to do things and experience things with my DH and our family. Who wants to tour WDW alone when you can do it with others who love it too?
