Hi everyone,
Do you leave your diaper bag in your stroller when you go on a ride?

I wouldn't have anything of value in ours only diapers, bibs and cream and i'm curious if you leave them or take them with you.:chat:

I always leave the diaper bag (no valuables) in the stroller when on rides. Carring the baby is enough work I don't need to struggle with the diaper bag too.

I bring a backpack with the good stuff in it & a diaper bad with diapery stuff in it. :) I keep that backpack with me at all time, but leave the diaper bag in the stroller. :)

We leave backpacks and a cooler on DS's wheelchair when we leave it outside. We do remove the camera bag and purses.

we leave all sorts on the stroller - nothing valuable but diaper stuff, drinks, spare clothes etc all get left. We have a small bag with camera and purse in that comes with us but everything else stays

Even though DD is past the diaper bag stage we never used one at WDW or other type places when she was. Instead I'd put the things I needed into multiple ziploc bags and put them in the basket of her stroller. If I needed to change her I'd just grab the bag I needed. It also helped for people to see that there wasn't anything valuable to take. For valuables we'd carry a small backpack.

Great Idea! That probably makes going through security at the gate a little easier too I bet!

I leave it with the stroller, but I do take my camera (the only valuable item) with me.

Exactly. Anything replaceable, I don't carry. Just a small bag with my camera, room key, credit cards/money, autograph books, and any exposed film (irreplacable!!)

Sounds good - actually just what I was hoping to hear! I really didn't want to drag the diaper bag inside of every ride unless it was a MUST! So glad to hear most of you leave it. I wouldn't leave anything of value inside it anyhow but it would be a pain if someone took it!

Doesn't sound like anyone has had any problems either which is good!

Thanks for your advice!:chat:

Years ago, we left all of our stuff- diaper bag included, while we rode IASW. When we came out, our son's blanket was gone. A child had picked it up and carried it away(we did get it back weeks later!). Imagine someone taking the wrong stroller and you not having diapers or food for your little one. Instead of a diaper bag, I started carrying a daypack that held all of my kid's stuff- diapers, wipes, seat covers, etc. It is great to just grab that daypack and have everything needed for the kids- cameras and all.:smooth:
