going to check out some of the disney hotels.

i did this when i went to WDW - and i had a blast.

i love the hotel gift shops too.

not long to go - 6 days and counting

We like to do this too. So far we have explored the Disneyland, Newport Bay and Santa Fe. Go and have a drink at the Fantasia lounge at the Disneyland hotel, it's lovely in there.

i definitely agree - its lovely when the piano man is playing and the kids are running about dressed up as Disney princesses they also give you free snacks!!

The bar (what is it called??) in Sequoia Lodge is gorgeous, and you must get the cocktail for 2 in there just to see the size of this thing - it is literally served in a vase!! Def go at night when the fairy lights are on

Oh yes, checking out the hotels is always a favourite pastime of ours. Definitely have a wander round the Cheyenne - brilliant theming!!

I love doing this too at WDW, and i am looking forward to having a look around, especially the bars (no i do not have a problem)

oh, I agree! This is part of any of my trips to WDW and DL. I still have fond memories of wandering the grounds of the old Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim before it was changed into the current resort. Watching the dancing waters, the koi fish, and wandering through the shops.

I too am looking forward to doing this at DLRP!

We enjoy seeing how they carry the hotel's theme throughout the hotel, to the dining rooms, and even the menus. Have a great time.
