Do you know what a Computer should sale for?

Ok first so that everyones clear and I dont get in trouble..........I am not here selling anything simply getting advice on how much I should sell my computer for. THANKS

I have a Dell E510 Desktop PC

3.2 ghz HT
256 NVIDDIA GeForce Video Card
2GB of Memory
160Gb Hard Drive
TV Turner with Remote
13 in 1 media card reader
16x DVD-ROM and 16x DVD RW
X-Fi PCI Dound Card
WIndows Vista

I might throw in the monitor also 19 inch flat screen Dell also

What is a reasonable price?

how old is the computer? Anything much mroe than 6 months old will not go for much. maybe $150 but most people like to ahve a new computer. I think you may be able to get mroe than that written off on your taxes if you donate it somewhere.

I bought almost that exact same computer brand new in December 2005 for about $750. No idea what it's worth now, but 1 1/2 years old is ancient in computer years, so I wouldn't expect much. Try looking up similar systems on eBay or on the Dell remanufactured section of their website and see what they are going for.

Yep, I was think $200 max...maybe more since it has Vista, if not the basic version.

May I ask, if it's that new why you are selling it?

If the TV tuner has an ATSC tuner, then it might be worth selling it by itself (maybe $30-$35), rather than embedded in the computer where it might not add much value. If it is just a NTSC tuner, then it doesn't add much value.
