Do you know this pin?

I received a pin, in trade, yesterday, that I'm unfamiliar with. It's a small, silver pin, shaped like Mickey's head and has the word DREAM on it. I can't seem to find it on pinpics. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it D.R.E.A.M.? If so, you have a very sought after pin - the silver DREAM pin given to all WDW resort personal as part of their costumes, up to a few years ago. The letters stand for "Disney Resort Experiences Are Magical". There is also a gold pin, awarded by CM vote to fellow Cast Members.

Yes, Dom, that's it. Now I used the Search choice on pinpics and typed in the info cast and dream and ear shaped and all I found was a similar pin with a castle. How did you find this? This description lists this pin as being shiny silver, mine is somewhat dull., but otherwise, exactly the same. Thanks for the help. I made a good trade.

I searched for "dream". It helped that I just added a pic for this one a few weeks ago.
