Do you know a website to send pictures?

I have a nice picture of DS that I would like to send to family and friends with some holiday greetings and I was wondering if there is a website that would allow me to do so. Perhaps a place where I could add a nice border and a message.

Yes, Dan it would. However I would like to add a fancy border to the picture and I know I have seen a website that would allow this, I just can't remember where. If I can't find it I will send it via email.
