I wouldn't call it grudge, but some threads I tend to avoid because I KNOW from past experiences what their response is going to be before I even read it. Thank goodness for the BACK button.

Dan, you shouldn't put anyone on "ignore". Who knows, you might miss a thread where they apologize to you.

In real life, if I to meet someone that rubs me the wrong way I tend to just avoid being around them.

That is soooo funny. Do you mean those certain people who actually go waaaay back to old posts and try to catch you on things you may have just mis-spelled, typed in wrong, or meant something else. Those people who assume you are someone else other than you really are and call you little infantile chat board names like troll?? Yeah, I think it is pretty pathetic too!!!

I ignore them, for they obviously have 0 lives and 0 happiness. I don't hold a grudge against anyone. I am not going to mess up my blessings by harboring unforgiveness.

I don't consider it a grudge, but I do notice some posters that, um, get on my nerves, and hence I try to avoid them.

I'm having this problem where I forget who's on which side. When everyone was supposedly ganging up on someone on here, I couldn't remember if she was part of the DB or CB crowd.

Certain posters love to encourage this type of mentality. If I ever fall prey to it again. I know it's time to stay off of the boards, for awhile.

I have one person always seems to like to "pick apart" anything I have to say, so I routinely stay away from the her posts.

Other than that, most people here are pretty happy and friendly folks!

Nope, I don't hold a grudge on the net or in real life. I can get madder as anything, but I believe that people can always find a way to work things out, if they want to. Sometimes you have to agree to disagree, but I can always be friendly with someone, and mean it, it's not just "a show".

I'll tell you what does get on my nerves though --- all this thread hijacking for no reason at all. STOOOOOOOOP IIIIIIITTTTT!!!!!

I'll admit it, I'm Irish and I can hold a grudge for a very long time.
Haven't spoken to 3 members of my immediate family for over 3 years. If that makes me a bad person, oh well. Sorry.

I sound like a terrible person. I am really VERY forgiving most times but I do have good reason to not speak to those 3 people. I guess I just never forget but I do usually forgive.

My grandmother is the Queen Grudge Holder in our family. I grew up around that and KNEW that I wanted to be nothing like her. I'm not sure how she sleeps at night, and God knows she needs a spreadsheet to keep track of who she is mad with at any given moment. Nope, not for me.

I'm very direct, if someone pisses me off I'll let them know, but I get over it almost as soon as everything is said and done. Life is much easier that way.

Believe it or not, as politically opinionated as I am, no, I don't hold a grudge My best friend in the world outside of DW is a staunch Republican and Bush supporter...but I forgave him for it

I do have to admit to holding sports-related grudges, though....Marvin Graves (former SU QB) can burn in the deepest darkest pits of hades for all of me (Long story)

No, I don't hold grudges. This place is much too interesting to hang on to disagreements with other posters.

I tend to recall outrageous, mean, or controversial comments or intensely personal confessions/life stories, but I don't always remember who wrote them. Life's too short to get your knickers into a twist over what's written here, especially when you can just hit the "Back" button and be on your merry way.

Actually, I wasn't really talking about typos and misspellings. More of how they remember all the things that the posters they are addressing stated previously. I remember very few things that people say that irritate me, but usually can't place them with a name later on. (Except for that ONE! LOL)

Pathetic? No.. Actually I am in awe of anyone who can remember more than what they had for lunch. I know I can't...
