Just wondering about all of those reservations. Does everyone have theirs booked already or are you waiting until you book the free DDp trips???

I've had mine all sealed up for about three weeks now :) :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

We were planning on August 11-25, and had all our ADR's in place last month, but decided Friday to consider late September instead, since the dates were almost (and now are certain) to exclude our dates. Spent a few hours Friday and Saturday with the calendars, and came up with a plan B for late September. Called Saturday for ADR's and got everything :yay:, then called this morning and made the resort reservation.

It sounds weird (well, maybe not here on the DIS), but I didn't want to make a resort reservation unless I knew I could get the ADR's we wanted. So now we're all set!

I know what you mean about wanting to make sure you get your ADRs before making the room ressie. Our trip is as much about the eating and restaurants as it is about the parks LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

We booked our POR trip last week for August 27th-September 2nd, and I booked the ADRs the minute we got home from the travel agent! I've changed them around a little bit, but I think I've got them all settled now. I'm so glad I got my Le Cellier reservation. I hear they're all booked up now!

I'm curious to know where everyone is going??? I'll be the first to dish....

Day one - Rainforest Cafe in AK (Not on DDp so that one will be OOP :()
Day two - Tony's Town Square
Day three - Chef Mickey's (dinner)
Day four - Akershus (dinner)
Day five - LeCellier
Day Six - two CS
Day Seven - CRT (breakfast)

A few CS I'd like to try that I've never done are Tusker House and Wolfgang Puck Express. Can anyone tell me if these serve good food???

I'll wait until my ressies are in place. Then I'll sit down and figure out where and when.

I made mine a couple of weeks ago when I booked my room in anticipation of free dining. I was able to get it switched to free dining this morning. :yay:

We have:

Day One: Liberty Tree Tavern
Day Two: Garden Grill
Day Three: Le Cellier
Day Four: Teppanaki
Day Five: Hollywood & Vine (character breakfast)
Day Six: California Grill
Day Seven: I need to call back and reserve a meal for us to pay OOP

:thumbsup2 Especially on the ddp. I just couldn't see getting all excited about free dining, only to find out we couldn't get in to our favorite restaurants.

But it was no problem, so those of you who don't have ADR's yet, CALL!

27th- Arrival day, just do CS
28th-Kona
29th-Le Cellier
30th-Mama Melrose

mine were made last month on the 180 day mark. I had already added the dining plan into my reservation from early February- now just waiting for thursday to come so I can modify my existing reservation to include the free dining - saving 817 dollars, woohoo!!!

We are trying for the first time:
Coral Reef
Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Tony's Townsquare
Boma

And our always favorite: ESPN Club

I made our ADR's last week in anticipation of the free dining. Got the room booked today.

Here's where we are eating during 7 days of free dining...:yay:

9/3: Mama Melrose - Fantasmic package

I just got off the phone with Disney Dining and had no problems getting everything at the times I wanted except for LeCellier, I had to opt for lunch. I had a choice of times for everything. I was able to get;

9/15 Spoodles @6:50
9/16 Boma @ 5:40
9/17 Le Cellier @ 1:30
9/18 Chef Mickey @ 6:10

9/21 Cape May Breakfast @ 8:00
9/22 Garden Grill @ 7:00

Now I just have to convince DH that going to WDW is a good idea! :rolleyes1
