Do you have to wait at the red light as described in this post?

Is there a cross walk at this light? And/or bike lanes nearby? Maybe the light is still running to allow pedestrians a safe way to cross over to then take sidewalks on the other side of the road to get to their destinations? Traffic patterns are about more than motor vehicles.

In any event, I agree with most that if the light is running, you have to stop and remain stopped when it is red.
No to the crosswalk and bike lanes. There are no sidewalks. I don’t live in a pedestrian friendly area. One of the reasons the bridge is being replaced and the two others also being replaced is to widen and upgrade them to include sidewalks. The three new bridges will have a sidewalk but no sidewalks leading up to or from the bridges. Maybe those are on the GADOT 20 year plan for the area.
