Do you have to cancel priority seating?

We think we've changed our minds about one meal. Do we have to cancel or do we just not show?

While there's no penalty for not cancelling, it's a nice thing to do if you know in advance that you won't be keeping the PS. It will make the PS available for others. However, if you don't decide until the last minute and don't have time to cancel, that's okay.

It depends on the restaurant. If you have had to give a CC number, you most definitely will need to cancel, so you won't have your CC charged for being a no show.

However, if that isn't the case, you don't HAVE to cancel, although many others who may want to eat there would appreciate it if you did.

Like the others have said, unless you had to put down a CC / deposit there is no penalty for just not showing up. But it is a nice thing to do to cancel the PS so others can get that PS.
