Jeff I love the mail box!!! No Disney stuff here, which stinks! Our house is too small for that. We have been collecting the posters from the World of Disney store though and those will go in our media room in the next house!
Using a industrial strength drill, I used a hole saw attachment in place of the regular drill bit. The 4" was for the larger hole, and then a 1/2" hole saw attachment for the ears.
I first made a template board, which then I clamped to two fence boards at a time.
The photo I posted only shows the lower portion of the fence which has about 10 boards. The upper fence in the garden has about 75 boards. Needless to say, it took us two days to do all the boards.
My late father-in-law was a carpenter foreman. He could do wonders with a saw, drill, hammer, and nails. He could build or repair anything!
