Do you have any specific questions?

I'm wondering if these things have changed since the 8/9 sailing...

Are laundry rooms open yet?
Are there donuts at cabanas?
I believe I have heard made to order eggs are now available at cabanas. Is that correct?
Is there any "advertising", maybe acknowledgement is a better word of pirate night (letting people know to wear pirate gear)or dress up night? Our navigator app said cruise casual all 4 nights. 1 night was pirate themed and many guests dressed accordingly. Myself and 2 others asked guest services if there is a dress up night. Between us we got 3 different answers.

Just wondering what, if anything has progressed from the first sailing.
Thanks!

I didn’t get to check the laundry rms, I’m sorry.

Doughnuts are NOT available in Cabanas. But when my husband asked (to ge an answer or you) they insisted on getting him one from the MDR.

There are not made to order eggs. Cabanas is very limited. For lunch, they have a window with kid food - chicken tenders, fries, green beans. Another window for bread. Another window for dessert. 2 windows with 4 food entree or side dish items each. It may sound like a lot of variety, but it wasn’t.

It was pretty obvious when Pirate Night was. Activities in the Navigator, special menus in the MDR. I think it would be hard to miss it. For the record though, it’s the 3rd night of a 4 night cruise. But, yes, all just said Cruise Casual. I don’t remember it saying anything different pre-pandemic though.

Is the entire loop (including enclosed areas) of the Deck 4 jogging track open?
Does the Cove Cafe still switch from pastries to antipasto in the evening?
Is the little late-night snack buffet in the adult district open?
Thanks!

Yes, Deck 4 loop is totally open. I walked it twice.

I went to Cover Cafe at 4:45 and they still had pastries but he did say they switch to antipasto in the evening.

No buffet in The District at night.

I know you mentioned activities, but we are especially interested in the adult areas. What shows or games are going on in the evening. Are there still late night snacks in the District?

Enjoy your cruises!

There we’re no late night snacks in The District.

The activities were very limited. Some piano playing, trivia, Match Your Mate. I’m going to post screen shots of every page of the Navigator soon so keep any eye out.

1) are they doing the art of the theme show tour? (I’m guessing not)

2) are they playing the Good Morning show with the cruise director each morning on the tv? (The one that plays for hours on a loop)

Thanks!

No Art of the Theme. They had Making of the Dream though I don’t think it was a tour.

Yes! My husband confirmed the Good Morning show was playing on a loop.

This is true. All you do through the app, is throw down your $250 and they say to book at a later date with a confirmation number they provide.
What is the advantage of doing a placeholder now?

Hi- Hope you had a great time! How did you book the Rainforest Room- at the spa? Was there lots of availability or did it seem to book up quickly? Thanks!

I had been told it was on the app, but it wasn’t. While I was waiting to board I hopped on the app and chatted with Guest Services to ask how to book. (This was the only time that the chat function was quick and easy without getting dropped and re-queued multiple times so if you have something to discuss with them, try to connect the instant you walk from the parking garage to the terminal.) Anyway, Guest Services told me I had to call Senses Spa once I got to my cabin or go visit them on Deck 12 to book. I was ambivalent about the experience so I took my time to call, probably finally made the call around 3 or 4. It was after we ate in Cabanas and after the muster. I was pretty specific about the time slot I wanted, but he rattled off 2 or 3 before I stopped him and grabbed the one I wanted.

I'm sailing again September 10th and now that I have experienced the Rainforest Room in privacy, I am determined to book it again. I may walk straight there once I embark and not wait for the cabin to be ready for my phone call.

Do you happen to know if the one party group includes linked reservations? I am traveling with my cousin and i think we might want to do this together and split the cost.

Thanks for this great info! Was it limited to one reservation per group for the cruise? Or could someone book multiple sessions? TIA!

That‘s actually not something I looked into, but I meant to. My daughter and I are going again this Friday and plan to do RR so I will try to remember to ask then. I’m curious how many bookings a day they do and if they limit it.

I don’t know for sure, but based on other things going on throughout the ship I would say one party DOES include linked reservations. I saw large groups (10-16 people) doing activities together, like dinner, when otherwise you wouldn’t be combined.
