Do you have any developers in your area that are obvious Disney fans?

LOL! There is a new street in the next town over I pass all the time. It is called Buena Vista Ln.

I can't help but wonder WHERE the developer got the idea for that name?

No, but one of the developments in town was put together buy the guy that owned the movie theater so the roads have names like Indiana Jones Boulevard.

Well, to be fair, Buena Vista is a very common place-name in places settled by the Spanish. There is a world outside of Disney and there Buena Vista just means Good View.

too funny...I have friend that lives on a Buena Vista Way and I think of Disney everytime I send her something in the mail or go over her house

My parents neighborhood is named Carrollton, named after Lewis Carroll, who of course wrote Alice In Wonderland...there is a sign as you enter the neighborhood with a quote from Alice. The streets in the neighborhood have names such as Looking Glass, Wonderland...anyway...in a way it could be Disney related...

But of course, here in the development I live in there is a Vista Way. I said look dear Vista, reminds me of Disney, dh is like but that is Buena Vista. I know but close enough.

A community I looked at living in back in Maryland was located on roads that branched off of New Disney Way, lol.
