Do you have a "Mentor" at work?

The workplace of today can be a real scary place! So much politics, lies, unemployment threats, misinformation and bad management. Sometimes I feel so alone and do not know what to do in the many difficult things I face each day. My boss does not provide much help, just mixed signals.

Does anyone have a MENTOR in your office that has tons of experience and advice on what to do when work problems occur. Someone who has experienced the challenges I may face and can provide some help.

I am very blessed to have several mentors. I work at a large rehabilitation hospital so there's always another physical therapist around. Since I'm a new-grad everyone has more experience than me

I am very thankful to have a mentor. My coworker has been at the shelter for 14 years, almost since it opened. She will hold my hand through anything. She has made my job a breeze!
