Can anyone recommend one or tell me which one's to stay away from. ;)

I don't want to spend more than £100. I think I can get a fairly decent one for that price.

Thanks in advance.

We have had 3 digital photo frames all of which have broken within the week, cant remember what make they were, we now just use the Wii to watch ours

I have bought a Kodak one for my mum and dad for Christmas - hope it doesnt break :scared1:

We bought one in Tesco think it was only £40 and it's great.

Only tonight i was looking at these in Asda for my Mum for Christmas. They had one for £35 it was black. You can have it still or on fade-so it fades slowly into the next picture. You can have as many photo's on there as your SD card holds.I asked the lady what the difference was with the £50 one and she 'honestly' said nothing-just that the dearer one was silver colour+a different make.
I am deffinatley getting it for my Mum next week :thumbsup2 .x.

Just a FYI we were bought one a few years ago and never turn it on :rotfl:

I swith my digital photo frame on all the time. We have had a kodak one for 2 years now and have had no problems with it. Last year we bought 4 family members the same one for their christmas present and they all use theirs and have had no problems with them. We bought those from Amazon and they were fine. The only problem we found was that you have to use a 1gb card in them, and higher will not work for some reason. But I just have a few cards stacked up behind mine and sawp them over occasionally.

I bought a 15" Technica (tescos brand) about feb this year and it is one every day. Great resolution which is a key thing to watch out for, persoanlly would not get any that are below 800x600 pixels. Paid £100 for it back then but not seen them since. They are a fantastic way to show your photos IMO.

just a question about these do you need to use a memory card for each set of pics

You fill up each memory card to the capacity of the card.

Some of the frames have a built in memory rather than a card slot and some appear to have both, so make sure before you buy one that it has got the option you want to use (ie built in or card).

We have one we got from Tesco, it cost about £40 and its fine.
