HATE is a very strong word and emotion. It is alot stronger than disliking someone, or being upset with someone.

So, is there anyone that you just HATE? Maybe someone who abused you physically or emotionally. Or someone at a previous job that got you fired? Or someone who was mean or cruel to your family.

What would someone have to do, to make you hate them?

I used to hate my ex..The person who gave me AIDS among other things..Now I really just pity him. He's not the same person he was 14 years ago..I still have breif moments of hate but I try reallt hard to control them.It's just not healthy

Jim I totally agree! I'm working hard to get to that point. Hate only hurts the person experiencing it - not the "target" so why bother?
