Nope.
The only people allowed to ENTER a park in the morning for EMH are WDW resort guests (they check for your room-key at the front gate), so there's no need to issue wrist-bands.

Not strange at all! Unless, of course, I'm strange, too, which is entirely possible, if not probable. I've actually considered going to a park we weren't planning to go to on a particular day just to get the EMH wristband for the collection. Haven't done it (yet) but there's always the next trip.

Oh yeah, and no wristbands for morning EMH.
