Do You "Get" the Blue Man Appeal?

I agree too. Went to the Blue man show in New York in Feb and loved it, my son( 12) also really enjoued it and compared it to Circ which we saw in Orlando 3 year previousley.

Aww, Keisha, the grass is always greener :)

I'm originally from New Castle, DE, (moved here in '73) and come hurricane season, I really wished we lived back up north. I miss the food up north (like real Chinese food!), the culture, South Street in Philly, the art museum, Amish country, Longwood Gardens. FL is so transient; it's hard to make long-lasting bonds with people here.

Interesting on the matinee time. I didn't realize they were doing the shows during the day.

See, that would interfere with my Finnegan's time, and there's no way I'd waste valuable Finnegan's time for a show ;)
I'm sorry to jump in here off the wall, but just had to tell you that I live in Newark, De!! And we came close to moving down there last year and still contemplate it now. Ok, back to your station now.... I was just lurking and browsing and New Castle jumped out at me. :)

Which stands for the 33 words on the label, (I believe) or the year prohibition was repealed. As a fellow Pennsylvanian, I have fond memories of many "intellectual discussions" about the "33"

Sorry to hijack the BMG thread, couldn't resist:)

Being a musician and in the recording/live sound industry, I'll be checking out BMG in October for sure.

can't help 'me self, sorta like roger rabbit when he hears that song...while phobibition was repealed in 1933, there are a couple of other deep theories:

*33 words in their slogan "Rolling Rock from the glass lined tanks of Old Latrobe, we tender this premium beer for your enjoyment as a tribute to your good taste. It comes from the mountain springs to you"

*even the lo-carb labels still have 33 words in the nutrional descriptions, etc.

(yes, i moon-lighted as a bartender for far too many years:rotfl: )

*Rolling Rock used to be a big contributor to local college St. Vincents, which has 33 steps leading to the church

there's a few more, can't remember lol.
