Do You Get Stuck in Older Rooms With SkyAuction?

I am very curious about SkyAuction. I found an auction for Sheraton Vistana Resort, which I am interested in. However, I have heard mixed reviews about the resort. The complaints seem to mostly be posted by those who got rooms in the older buildings of the resort. With SkyAuction, I wonder if you would get stuck in the older buildings or if you could request which building you would like to be placed in. Anybody know???

WE have been put in the newer section each of 3 stays so far with Skyauction..... We are going down on Fri of this week to stay at Orange lakes..... I will report back....
