We will be staying at the BC with an AP rate, so no package for us. Will we still get a Photopass card to use? Thanks!

Photopass is for everyone to use, even if your off site.

You will get one at the parks when you have your first picture taken.

Yes anyone can use a photopass. Once you have your first picture taken in the parks you will recieve your photo pass card and you can then use it whenever you see a photographer. You can either view the pictures in the park or wait until you arrive home to order online. You can also trying doing a search for photopass and find out even mor eends and outs.

Take a sharpie pen with you and put your name on the photopass right after your first pictrue. On two previous trips I was given back the Wrong photopass. You don't usually know this unless you check your photo every day. The one sure way is to put your name on the card that way you know if the photopass person is handing you back YOUR card.

Also, I can't view my pictures online. I knew before leaving it didn't work (called home to give my family the number, ask to register, so they could "follow" me online), and they said it didn't work.
So, on the evening of my last day, I had the CD made ($99) ($106 with tax). Not only do they put ALL your pictures on the CD (in very high resolution), they'll also add some backgrounds and autographs to some of your pictures. (but you still get the original too, without the extra's.
I thought that was really cool!! The CM doing that was not in a hurry, so I could request myself on what picture I wanted what extra. It was big fun!

Has anyone noticed an increase in demand for the photographers since Photopass started? The last time we were there, it seemed like people avoided the photogs. But with this system, something tells me these guys stay busy.

Great to know about the CD you can purchase. Guess you need to make sure and get as many pictures taken as you can to make it worth the $100 cost..

How much is it to get the photos once you get home?

It will be nice to have my DH in the pictures for a change since he is the one usually taking the pictures so he is never in them!

One photo at the park or at home online is $12.95. Then I think there is a discount as you buy more. Of course, you pay shipping at home as well.

So far, we've never had enough Photopass pictures taken (or not good enough pictures taken) to make the CD worthwhile for us.

Last trip, we had 58 taken and many were duplicates or ones I had on my camera or just not that good. I think I bought 3.
