Yes you do but it will have everything at 0.00 dollar amount so you have to either write a total or dollar figures for each item if you wanted to know what you spent.

You're given two receipts. The first one that you have to sign and return will have all the prices listed. The second one will show just zeros and your credit balance.
In order to keep track of how much each meal was, I wrote the price from the first receipt on the second. This wasn't a problem at the TS places, but a few CS/snack CMs were upset about it.
It only took about 5 extra seconds so I don't know why it annoyed them.
At Chefs de France, we never received a bill with prices listed. That was the only restaurant that happened at though. All the others did it just as disneyjunkie explained.
At least one place we ate (CS or snack) gave us a receipt with the prices still on it. But all of the rest gave us one with all zeros, we just wrote the total down before we forgot.
