I just love my morning coffee and am always looking for ways to improve it. I was considering buying a French press tonight. I have read that it is supposed to produce better coffee than the drip coffee makers. What do any of you that have used them think? Does the coffee get too cold before you get a chance to drink it?

How about those of you who use some method other than a drip or perculator? Is it worth the effort?

Thanks.

:drinking1 (iced coffee, not Guiness!)

lol...I don't drink coffee...first I read the subject wrong and thought it said "french kiss"...wow! personal question, I thought.

Then I rubbed my eyes and saw "french press" and because I stink at ironing clothes, I was hoping for a tip or two for pressing pants and shirts! :rolleyes1

I only French Press at Boma's. It was really good. I'm not sure if it's worth doing at home though.

I don't really drink coffee so I use my french press for brewing tea.
