I thought that too, but after looking closely I can see the seatbelt. It's a small strip of black that almost looks like he's wearing a belt.

I don't think so. It doesn't have a belt buckle and it has the same shine as the other safety belts in the picture. But, that's just the way I see it.

I don't know for sure, but looking at his hip it looks like it might go into a belt loop.

That's what I thought too, but after looking at it closely it just seems as if the belt folds down out of view. Also, there's usually loops on pants closer to the button/belt buckle, as well as on the hips. If he was only wearing a belt in the picture, wouldn't it make sense to put the belt through the other loops too? Unless he's wearing some weird type of pants

Plus, if you look closely, a couple of the kids' lanyards are flying in the air. If the lanyards are flying in the air and if Tiger isn't wearing a safety belt, wouldn't he be flying in the air too?
