Do you find the month of May to be HECTIC?

Let's see we have:

Dance recitals
Baseball
All of my children have friends with May birthdays
Teacher Appreciation Week
Field Day
Awards Day
End of Year Party
End of Year Teacher Gifts
End of Year Conferences with teachers
etc. etc. etc.

How about you? May is stressing me out!

May is tough.

The biggest problem we have is that the "school year" activities (boy scouts, girls scouts, church youht group) are still finishing up, AND the spring activities (softball, baseball) are starting. They all overlap in May. All our school year things end the first week of June...life will calm down a bit after that.

Then, I'll get a little overlap of spring activities and summer activities (pee wee golf, swim practice/team)....LOL

Yes, yes and yes. We have 3 baseball games per week in addition to all the end of the year concerts, class trips, get togethers, plus doing yard work, etc., etc. I can't wait for a few more weeks and then will finally get to relax and enjoy the nice weather.

Oh, not to mention DD was invited to both the jr. and sr. proms and she's only a sophomore which means we'll definitely be doing it again next year.

Oh yes, but even worse than May is the first week of June! That week we have my Mom here for a visit, TWO dance class makeups, dance recital dress rehearsal, one Brownie event, the actual Dance recital, the beginning of Swim Team, gymnastics events, and numerous school events. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
