Some of the inpromptu humor was funny. Of course it had alot of in your face comedy which some i liked and some i did not. I Thought the scene with the ice cream truck and children was great.
I think it might be the funniest movie I've ever seen in my life. I've mentioned it to almost everyone I've talked to in the week since I've seen it, either to discuss it with someone else who's seen it, or recommend it as the funniest movie ever!!! I've heard of a few people who honestly thought it was stupid, but most people I've talked to that didn't like it are the type that are "offended" by it.
He is so darn funny! I love just stupid funny. People take themselves way too serious. Sacha Cohen is one funny guy. He basically lived that character when he way plugging his show. Oh my God, when he goes to visit the Rich Southerners at their mansion, Goes to the Jewish couple's Bed and Breakfast, goes to the church, oh and let's not forget when Borat and Azamat decide to start wrestling, pure comedy genius!
I found it funny in a very adult way. I found it sadly funny and grotesquely funny. I laughed at their audacity in making the film and at the stupidity and horrifyingly amazingly graphic nature of human kind. I laughed because they stuck it to so many people directly in the eye. I agree that the rating should have been NC17. I tried to talk my BIL out of allowing his 13yo son to see it just yesterday. I think it was waaaaaaaay to grownup for a child that age, let alone my autistic, developmentally delayed nephew. I have no idea of the outcome of that situation, nor will I ask. Adult film. Pornographic, imho. Funny in a very painful way.
I laughed until I cried and then I hid under my coat in horror. We have the DVD just haven't watched it yet. It's in hiding from DS who wants to watch it, badly, but we decided when he was 18 - maybe.
I thought it was absolutely hilarious when I saw it in the theatre. One of the few movies that actually had me laughing out loud and crying from laughing so much.
I still found the dvd funny, but it was a little boring... I think the shock value made the movie. The audience at the theatre also made it better I think, since everyone was laughing hysterically through the whole movie.
I also just found out from the story that Anewman posted that the rodeo scene was in the city where I lived until I was 10, lol
If you found the movie annoying you shouldn't watch the deleted scene of him in the grocery store! I couldn't believe the patience of the store manager!
