Fellow Farkler here! I play Friday night Farkle with some girlfriends. We visit and eat nibblies and Farkle away and have a great night out. The last time we played my husband was working and I felt bad leaving my DD home after she was alone all day so she came and joined us and now she is hooked too.

I Farkle so much that my 7 year old DS, when watching me play a different game that had a dice icon (to shuffle the pieces), instructed me to use my Farkle Move.

Im so addicted!! My high score is 12,600. I work from home and do tons of business on the phone. Needless to say I play Farkle while I listen to people on the phone!!

I like playing against other people as long as they don't get chatty. I typically look for women to chat with because men are actually a little more talkative, believe it or not.

I have Farkled, but don't find it nearly as addicting as Farm Town or Fairyland. Perhaps if I were able to get better scores, I'd like it better.

I've attempted it on facebook but was unsucessful. Can somebody explain it simply? I get that you roll dice and are trying to get some knd of score. But what does it mean when you get a 'farkle"? It wipes out your score or something? What's the actual goal here?

I'm much more addicted to scramble, pathwords and sudoku on facebook.

You roll 6 dice and select the scorable dice. You need to get a score of 300 or more to be able to keep the points. To get the points you need to select the row with the points in it before you farkle. If your roll has no scoreable points, you farkle and lose all points for that round. Scores are as follows:

5= 50 points
1= 100 points

3 of a kind is Nx100. N is die number. Ex. 2+2+2=200 points, 3+3+3=300. Except for 1. 1+1+1=1000. And for each number after the initial three the score goes up by 200 for 2, 300 for 3 etc... and 1000 for 1.

3 pair gives 750 points and a straight of all six dice is 1500 points.

Whenever you use all of your dice you get to roll all six dice again.

My top score is 12,150. The system wasn't keeping track, so it didn't post. I had to take a screen shot to send it to GF's sister so I could prove that I beat her.

We played this game alot for family gamenights but we never called it Farkle.......we call it Zonk
