I exercise 4-5 times a week, 45 minutes on the ellipitical/treadmill.

Yes! I run 4 miles 4 or 5 days a week. Been a consistent runner for over 20 years now.
 
Trying to get back in the habit.
so far so good...been doing my elliptical for 30 minutes each day.
need to build it up to more though. (I slacked this summer)
 
Yes, 3-4 times per week. Not as often or for as long as I did before DD was born, though!
 

I lost a lot of weight @ three years ago, and I really need to exercise to help keep it off.

I workout six days a week--cardio 3 days alternated with weights the other 3 days, between 1-1.5 hours per workout.
 
Walking is exercising, right?

I walk about an hour each work day - to and from the office, and out during lunch.

I should do more, but...baby steps... :)
 
I am a peronal trainer and group exercise instructor so I GET PAID TO EXERCISE!!

To answer your question- Yes I exercise 10-12 hours a week cross training alot.
 
Yep, about 5 times a week (minimum of 3) on my stationary bike... good way to get reading in too :)
 
yes ma'am i do-4-5 x (2 x a week is weight training, other 3 are either 40 mins of aerobics or walking) per week. i can't exercise as strenuously as most of you because of hip and knee joint issues, but i do all i can.
 
Yeah, I do. Swim workouts Tuesday and Friday night for about 45 minutes each, ride for about 15-20 miles on Wednesday, run between 4-5 miles on Thursday. Saturdays are my longer rides and Sunday I'll reserve for brick training. Monday is my much needed rest day...
 
Yes, just about everyday! I have to switch activities a lot. I bike, swim,run and do yoga. :)


I think that walking is great exercise, keep it up! :sunny:
 
I go down to the fitness room at my apt. complex about 5-6 times a week. It's a 3-4 minute walk over there, then I do 20 minutes on the elliptical or bike, then walk back. I should probably stay longer, but I just get really bored.

About 3 times a week, I'll stay longer and do some weights.

Me too! My son and dog sometimes join me for the first mile.
 
3-5 times a week at the gym for about an hour at a time. Yoga at home 5 days a week and I walk the dog some too.
 
I exercise 5 days a week-4 times a week weight training and 5 days a week cardio-running, swimming, etc I alternate.
 
I workout four to five times a week at the gym. I mix it up with strength training and cardio (I get bored if I don't do different things). I also walk around the neighborhood most evenings.
 
Yes I do! 5-6 days a week. I Spin 3 days, 1 Step & Strength class and 2 Body Pump classes. I usually do the treadmill or elliptical machine for about 30 mins after the classes. About twice a year I sign up for a 3 pack of personal training sessions to keep me on track and to help add variety to my workouts.

I do the opposite, 5 days/week weight training, 4 days/week cardio, Sat. and Sun. always off. Same routine for the last...wow, 10 years, almost!!
 
5 days a week, 90 minutes per day. Split between eliptical, bike, treadmill and weights.
