I know, I know, I'm a loser
But I just wondered if anyone else does this while at WDW.
For example, my hubby and I have a tradition of going to the California Grill. After our meal our waiter was asking us how everything was (literally everything: flatbread, main course, dessert. etc.), and I said it was absolutely delicious and "my compliments to the chef."
I don't know if they actually tell the chefs or not, but I personally love to cook, and if I were a chef, I think it would rock if someone did this for me.
Any opinions?

excellent point. Complimenting the chef is something most people do not think about, simply because they are behind the scenes.

He asked our waiter to take his autograph book back and please get the chef's autograph. The waiter told my husband and I that the chef got a real kick out of that.
