sometimes and just keep putting stuff off and not want to do much? How can you get out of it??
 
Yep, I've been there and done that... I even did it this afternoon after I was swamped with work and just got burnt out so I just stopped and relaxed. I pull myself out of it when I remind myself how fortunate I am to be working there still (we've had lots of lay offs here). If you can, take a day off to yourself at home to relax. Then go in there refreshed and ready to get back to it all. That's honestly something that really helps me. I hope things look up for you at work soon {{hugs}}
 
Yep. Been there, done that. Been at the same job for 16 yrs.

I agree with Elaine. Sometimes I just take a "mental health" day, shop, DIS, watch sobby movies.

Then go back to work and think of projects that need to get done, make a plan of attack for those projects and go from there.

Feel better.
 

I make a "to do" list and then check off or scratch out things as I accomplish them. It helps me to see what I really am getting done and makes me feel good!
