Do you cook with Habaneroes?

I love to make an Orange Habanero Sauce.
I marinated chicken in it - then grill them... Then make sammies or sliders....

Sounds good. How did you make it? We love spicy and I often cook with lots of different peppers. habaneros are one of my favorites! If you like habaneros, have a look for scotch bonnet peppers!

I love habaneros, am truly addicted to them. I eat them with every single meal. I don't get to cook with them much though, as DH can't handle the heat. If I'm cooking something for just me though, something DH won't eat, I will add habaneros to it.

No, but I make jerk marinated chicken fairly regularly with Scotch Bonnets. I have to drive about 20 miles, to the little hole in the wall Caribbean grocery store to get them. All the big groceries have habaneros, but nobody has Scotch Bonnets.
