Do you collect?

Do you collect any Universal items such as t-shirts and what is your favorite thing you have bought as a souvineer?
My favorite is an old HHN t-shirt with Frankenstein (glow in the dark) on it from one of the first HHN's. I only wear it during halloween. I collect t -shirts and coffee mugs and tags for the front of my car. I buy too much but I just can't help it. I especially like the I love Lucy items they sell at the studios. if they ever start selling Lord of the Rings stuff, I'm in trouble!

My favorite thing I have gotten at Universal, well, IOA to be specific was a plush Heathcliff. I have loved Heathcliff since I was little and had never seen anything with him on it until we visited there for the first time. I also have a little stuffed Babe from Universal that is just the cutest thing ever.

My Grinch gloves are my prized possession. I have not seen them for sale anywhere else. They are green with long fingers and look like the Grinch's hands.

My kids got into collecting the engraved souvenir pennies. They have each filled up one of the books and love to sit and look at them while talking about the rides and characters.

I collect refrigerator magnets. DD (8) collects pins and Barbie / porcelain dolls. DS (15) has a large collection of GI Joe dolls. DH collects pocketwatches.

Any magnet collectors here? Where are the best magnets? Am I better off looking in each section? Is there a place like Time Works @ Disney to buy watches?



Where can I buy a second refrigerator for all my magnets? LOL

My son is a major Jurassic Park collector, so anything JP, he loves to buy. I love to get a big comfy sweatshirt.

I forgot to add that I collect those realistic looking resin type animal busts (crazy description huh?) from the endangered species store. I bring home 2 or 3 every time I go there. I just love them!

I really like my Shrek ogre ears. I wanted to wear them when we went to see Shrek2 for the second time last weekend but my 10 year old said I was an embarassment Imagine!

Speaking of Shrek ogre ears, I saw a woman (here in alabama) wearing some in the grocery store the other day. I also noticed that she was walking around by herself

I love anything with Spiderman or Hulk so you can imagine, I spend a pretty penny at IOA. My wife loves Betty Boop, so we are in trouble there as well.
