Back in 98, I started collecting all the Eeyore beans that came out but I recently stopped b/c they just started looking so poorly made and undesirable. I stopped wanting them, which took the fun out of it. I don't know if they even make them anymore.

So now I collect purses. It's an unnessasary (sp) and expensive habit.


Edited to add: I also collect those Demdaco Willow Tree Angels. I love them and wish I had more room in my apt. to put them.

DBF is obsessed with collecting Dungeons and Dragons prepainted miniatures. They are these little plastic figures for use with the game and they retail for $9.99 for a package of 8. They are randomized and each package contains rare ones and common ones of various types of townspeople and animals, and dragons and other fantasy type people and beings. I swear, he has about 400 of the darn things. He's addicted to them. Some of them, I think he has like 20 of the same guy but he doesn't mind. I guess it's his equivalent of baseball cards.

I have a nice collection of Disney coffee mugs and Disney magnets on my fridge...and have some Disney pins I trade when in WDW.

I dont want to start with anything. When my sister died I kept her precious moments collection. I couldnt bear to part with it, but its just boxed up out in the garage. I have a few older things that belonged to my grandma, most the rest my cousin stole /"helped herself to" when we were at disney one year. My treasures are not on this earth, my family knows that very well. I dont want to be a person with too many "things".

It is NOT unnecessary! I wouldn't part with any of my purses!!

I collect purses (cheapies, knockoffs, a few decent ones - all sizes/shapes/styles) and lip glosses.

Most of my collections were started from my GrandMothers or Great Aunts, I think it's a nice tradition to continue, and to pass on to other family members.

collects old brown hull stoneware pottery, used to collect records and tapes and such,, has over 2000 different recordings, most are going into garage sale soon, collects frogs,,lol,, duh..lol... has seveeral disney miniature beannies, not intentionally collected but see one we like ya know,,lol,,,


oh yeah and i have areally neet huge collection of hospital bills and notices. be glad to share thosewith any takers ,,, its amazing how many bills you get from a 8 month round of surgerys

I collect Beauty and the Beast stuff. I have tons of it. I am ashamed to say that I have enough of it that I had to insure it seperately on my Home Owners Policy. My DH also collects beer stiens--particularly antique ones. Oh, we also have a small collection of Lotton Art Glass. And a few peices of Rookwood Pottery. .......................................Goodness-- when ya write it all down it becomes evident we have "stuff issues".
