Do you call Front Desk with Requests?

We are checking into BWV Monday 5/26/14, I didn't put any requests on our reservation when I made them online. Am I better off calling the front desk directly or MS? (I know a request isn't guaranteed)

You can't call the resort to add requests. You can't actually call the resort at all as the listed number actually rings to an off-site (possibly out-of-state) call center.

You have to have MS note any room requests on the reservation.

Some room assigners start the process 10 days before check in so you better hurry.
