Does your family take a water bottle to the parks? If so what is the best water bottle for the parks for kids?

We carry Camelback water bottles, and fill them up with ice water we ask for at the counter service locations. It's not exactly necessary, as you can get water for free, but we like having it in the spillproof container to have when we want it.

Yes we bring disposable water bottles in. Lost too many hard plastic ones over the years.

I like the Camelbak water bottles, you can fill them up as often as you want without waiting in line, and the filtered water tastes fine. It's not cold, but I find it more convenient when the parks are busy, and lighter than carrying a couple bottles of water for each person.

We carry insulated water bottles and get water from the CS locations. We then use some sugar free flavor to avoid the taste of the water. I don't think we've purchased something to drink, aside from the occasional alcoholic beverage, in about 5 years or so.

We bring bottled water or reusable water bottles, just depends on the mood and the person. Each person is responsible for their own, we don't usually bring a back pack and I am not a pack mule. If DH is carrying his camera bag, he always keeps a couple extra bottles in it. I drink a lot of water and have never had a problem carrying it around. If the kids choose not to carry any, they don't have any problem using the water fountains.

Carry my .5L SIGG with me in the parks clipped to my bag at all times. No need to add more plastic bottles to the waste stream. It doesn't weigh much empty, nor does it take up much room. Yes, you can get ice water for free at CS locations, but they aren't always convenient. Kids might do even better with some of the collapsible ones. I'd look for something relatively cheap in case they loose it, but good enough to continue to be used at home for other trips, etc. No harm in teaching them both responsibility for both their own stuff and the planet at the same time.

We carry those Brita filtered water bottles when we remember, but if we forget them in the hotel room it's not a big deal. You can get ice water from any of the restaurants by asking.

We brought the Brita bottles as well. we bring them frozen first, drinking them as they melt and you can fill them at water fountains and not worry about awful Florida water bacause they filter the bad taste out.

Yes, we bring two bottled waters & refill them at the parks , sometimes a gatorade too. We carry a small backpack during the day in the parks so no biggie to throw them in there.

We bring in frozen disposable water bottles. That way if you forget/lose one, it isn't a big deal. I always carry a tote with me, so it isn't an inconvenience.

Yup, always. We freeze them the night before and just refill as necessary. I always carry a small bag, so we'll just chuck them in there if the boys get tired of carrying them.

We use Contigo metal bottles. Even taking them to the parks in August, there will be ice in them at the end of the day

I hate to admit it, I prefer the disposable bottles too. We fill our packs with as many as possible. It's a waste, but convenient.

We always bring a Brita water bottle to the parks. We swing by the food court and fill it with ice and a little water and have cool water for the morning. Then we refill it wherever we eat lunch and so on. I like the Brita bottles because they filter out the icky taste of the water. But somehow I've lost mine at home lol! Luckily my daughter has another and she doesn't mind the taste of Florida water so she'll use a different unfiltered bottle.

Hydro flask!
We were there last month. The ice never fully melted so the water was always COLD! We kept refilling the water bottle throughout the day (Bottled water, water fountain, cup of water, whatever) and the water stayed cold in the Hydro flask. :)
