Do you bring a lime green mickey head?

for our holiday trip

I figure after lurking for so long and finally becoming a member of the group it was only fitting that I participate :)

I'll have them on our bags, stroller and maybe even hang a few from my children,

Love it!:rotfl: That's a great idea...about the children and all!:)

Always have my LGMH on our backpack. Met one DISer from Colorado in 2008 and two DISers on our trip in 2009. I spotted all of these other DISers. You just need to keep your eyes open.

Will be in the parks Dec. 26-29th. There will be 21 people in our party! Celebrating a nephew's birthday on the 28th and my b-day will be the 31st. Hope to see other DISers. Don't hesitate to yell out that you are a DIS board member.

Here are Printer Ready Lime green Mickey Heads for those can't them any other way. I would just use a heavy grade printing paper, NOT photo stock!!

We are there same days as you also have LGMH on backpack hopefully we will pass each other and get to say hi AND if not Have a Magical Birthday celebration

Hope to bump into you too! I'm always on the lookout and so is the rest of my family now. Last trip we just arrived at HOJO when my DSIL pointed out a LGMH. I went over and introduced myself. Ya just never know when you will see one.

They are the alien green mickey head paint color sample things at Home Depot. I plan to get a few to attach to our strollers and backpacks.

So, I totally went to Home Depot yesterday looking for these. No Mickey heads at all - no Disney paint! We also don't have a color printer, so I may have to be Mickey-headless for our trip next week. Anyone know if this is a Home Depot trend, or maybe just our particular location (Marana, AZ)?

Print The One Mickey's in this thread post #45 then use a Green Sharpie to color the heads!!!!! Or use some acrylic paint from Walmart or a craft store.

Also if you save the Mickey heads to your computer and then open it with Paint you maybe able to change the green to white so it is easier to color!

This is such a great idea!!!! We will be there June 19-24. I will see if I can get us some Lime green mickey heads!!!!

Cute idea!! :thumbsup2

I went to my local home depot yesterday and to my surprise they had the LGMH in the “alien green” as that is the color we use, anyhow I got some because I needed to re-do my tag, and I then went to walmart and got some scrapbooking stickes that were glittery for my name, and stick on rhinestones and I decorated my mickey in rhinestones and my name is on the front in pink glitter stickers!

Ooooooh - post a picture! Please.

I went to Lowes and no Mickey heads, but I did get a large lime green color sample thingy, so will turn it into a mickey head.

Thanks Bret - maybe I should head to Home Depot and just get the pre-made one! Did you make the customized one or get it from some where?

Sara - that is sooooo cute - I love it!!! I need to do this stat!

There is a Home Depot close to my house and they have plenty of LGMH at the store. It is nice, but it is not as big as the one that I use on my backpacks.

My mom made a mickey shape cardboard so I can trace it on the lime green construction paper and than put more layers on the mickey head to make it more thick. I said that it is twice as big bt it is actually 1/2 more bigger than the Home Depot MH. I don't do anything special to my LGMH, but I just like use a standard LGMH when I walk with my backpack in the parks.

Mine's a HD paint chip that is double sticky taped to an "I'm Celebrating" button.

amamax2-the head comes on the backing, you have to either cut them and glue two together or peel them off and glue two together and then you can laminate them, your suppose to do that--i am to lazy to do that! but it says on the backing "alein green"

Sara-Yours is so pretty! I love it. You gave me some great ideas!!

I just picked up my alien green mickeys! i cant wait to get started!!
