do you "battle" with your insurance company?

I'm just venting. SORRY! We've been battling with our ins company and finally DH spoke with a nice person today and she said she'd call back by the end of the day and she didn't. And then I saw a woodrat (packrat) outside and it freaked me out. I am having a bad day. Just call me Wendy Whiner.........sorry. I'll be in a better mood tomorrow..........
