Do welcome receptions count towards minimum?

I was just wondering if things like welcome reception/dessert parties count towards the custom wedding minimum if they are done on a different day than the actual wedding?

Only events that are held the day of your wedding count towards your minimums.

receptions and dessert parties do count towards your minimum. if you are having a custom or an intimate wedding, these things count toward the minimum. hair and make up, videography and photography (if you go with disney), any park portrait sessions, transportation, of course food and beverage, flowers, decorations, everything counts toward your minimum.
