Yes, absolutely.

If you stay at a Disney-owned resort at WDW, you qualify for roundtrip (or one-way) DME transportation and inbound DME luggage service.

It doesn't matter if you book a package or only a room; or if you book through Disney or through an online (or traditional) travel agency; or if you book the most expensive suite at a deluxe resort or the cheapest room at a value resort; or you pay with cash or DVC points.

But you must have an advance reservation (and each DME guest must be on the reservation). You cannot just show up at the DME counter at the airport.

Call Disney's Magical Express Guest Services at 866-599-0951 with your Disney reservation number.

If you add a night or two after your original stay, you can (actually better to) wait until you get there before finalizing or changing the DME trip home.

If you add a night or two before your original stay, you need to call in advance to schedule or reschedule your DME trip to Disney, giving information about the new reservation if that is separate.
