Do we need to confirm our Towncar?

Hi,
This is a first for us in using a Towncar service, and not sure if I should give the company a call to reconfirm everything or not.
We're leaving on Wednesday, and have the printed out confirmation.


What do you all do?

IMO it could never hurt to confirm anything!
 
I always confirm, but that is just me :)
 
I am an overly compulsive planner, and I always used to reconfirm. Now, I have finally gotten myself to the point where I only do so if our schedule is extremely tight (for example, catching a very early flight after a Disney cruise). But we use Happy Limo a lot, so I know I can trust them. If this is your first time using a towncar company, you might want to reconfirm just for peace of mind.

I usually give them a call the day before we leave, just to double-check. Makes me feel better.
 
Call the day before you leave home but....

Also call the day before you leave Disney. We changed resorts, and when the town car was 30-40 minutes late I called TTC. The driver was sitting at CBR, but we were at CSR. A mad rush to the airport. This happened before 9/11. If it was after, we would have had trouble making it in time.

BYW, Tiffany made good on their mistake, and the bad attutude of the driver, who had sat waiting at the other resort. We will be using them again in October.
