Do we need to bring DS's carseat?

So there's no chance a TAXI would provide a carseat for us, right?

Some town car/taxi services do have car seats that they can provide if you make reservations in advance. I'm just not sure I would want to use them. You don't know if they've been in an accident before of the vehicular or booty kind.

As far as I know, limousines don't have seat belts.

They should have seat belts. People just often don't use them. I know limos I've ridden in have had seat belts on the seats closest to the back door.
