Do we need beach towels for VB?

I assume you get pool towels but should I pack beach ones too?
Going in a week. First time- can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They have plenty of towels at the pool. Have a wonderful time, we loved Vero Beach!

You can take the same pool size towels to the beach. They have had a stack of them near the beach access and a bin to return them. However I do like to ignore the glaring looks of my DH and pack my beach towel when I go to VB.

I agree with Lisa. I like to have my own towels for the beach at Vero. The pool ones are kind of small to sit on for the beach.

Also, you will need your own towels if you plan to hold all the lounge chairs around the pool for your family members who spend the day sight-seeing.

You don't need your own towels for that just flip-flops. One on each chair and your sunscreen on a third.

As others have said, they do have the same pool towels ready for the taking as you enter the beach. And they are very absorbant, but they are pretty small. So, if you like to do your sunbathing on a nice big towel on the sand... bring your own.
