Its myself, DH, 7 yo DD and 2 yo DS. My brother decided to join us at the last minute and he is 17. I know we can have 2 adults and two children plus a baby in a crib and that's what we would have, but not sure if 17 is still a kid in Dis eyes?
I'm looking at your signature and assuming that you are staying at the CBR and the Poly.
Since the deluxes accomodate 5, I don't think there will be an extra charge at the Poly, since you only have 2 people over the age of 18.
However at the CBR I'm not so sure. A 17 year old is still considered a child from the resorts point of view (not for park passes though!), so if you are allowed a crib and they don't charge for the crib, then I guess you're okay. I just thought the mods (except for POR) only have occupancy for 4.

There shouldn't be any extra charge at the CBR, either. Even though the occupancy is stated as 4, it's really 4 plus a child under 3 (provided bedding is usually a portable Pac N' Play crib). Keep in mind that the CBR has two double beds (not queens).
For the non-DVC hotels, Disney charges for more than two adults in the room and only those 18 and older are considered adults for this purpose.
