Do we get the deeds?

We bought 200 pts when we were at WDW in June, paid 10% down and sent them a check for the balance when we returned home the following week. The check has cleared our bank. Should we get the deeds or anything saying that we're paid in full? TIA

It takes a couple of months but you will get the deed.

Yes, you will receive a deed. It will take some time as your paperwork must go through the DVC system and then to the clerk of court then back to DVC.

It might take 4 weeks or more before your deed arrives. Congratulations on being free and clear.

4 weeks from when you send in the paper work or 4 weeks from what extacly? We purchased our points on June 5th. Our deed is filed on the Orange County site as I can pull it up and see it, but we haven't gotten anything in the mail yet. It hasn't been that long, but figured it should becoming soon?

I think it took close to 2 months after closing to receive our deed for AKL. Closed beginning of May of this year and received the deed beginning of July or around that time.

The same problem/question here. Bought ours the first of June. Paid the 10% while there and paid the remainder by CC once we got back home (just to get the points). We haven't received anything yet. Not even a phone call from our guide or anything. Not very good customer service considering how much money we just put out.

You will only hear from your Guide when they are trying to sell you more points. Your deed will take a couple of months to be processed and mailed to you.
