Do we get at discounted rate for AKL?

Is is better to use points for AKL or do we get a discount for cash price? Also, does the resv have to be made thru ms?

The DVC cash discount (25%) is available only at DVC resorts- and it's not available all the time.

MS can make point reservations for AKL (and all WDW resorts exceot Value resorts), but cannot make cash reservations except at DVC resorts.
