Do WDW and DLR work the same in regards to babies?

Hello,
I have taken all of my kids as infants to DLR several times, so I a familiar with the locations of the baby centers and using the rider switch for "big kid" rides.

My question is if WDW works the same. I believe at DLR with rider switch that when you use the rider switch card it allows two additional riders plus the person with the card. What about WDW? Same system with a paper card?

Also, is the baby center at MK at the end of Main St. like DLR? If anyone can give me a general idea where they are located at each park I would appreciate it.

Is there anything else regarding a baby that may differ from DLR that I should be aware of? (I will have a 20 month old, so not necessarily a baby, but sometimes the baby center is a nice break from the crowds with nicer changing tables)

Thanks!

Rider switch works the same.

Baby care center is in the castle hub area, next to crystal palace, near the entrance to adventure land.

I've never been to DL but I'm pretty sure everything is the same. Baby can ride anything with you that doesn't have a height restriction.
