Do VIP Passes exist?

Steve, maybe ask him to link you to the walt Disney world website that outlines the VIP pass?
 
The only thing i can think of is the VIP tours which run you an exorbitant amount of money per person because they give you a guide to take u around and let you on the rides.
 
We do the VIP Tour and it's $385 an hour with a 6 hour minimum. So if you can get a rental with that tour included, it's a great deal
 

Any update on what this VIP pass is? I've seen it on some rental listings, too.
 
If you look at the rental site closely, you will see that nowhere does the renter suggest that you will get "Disney VIP Passes". Just "VIP Passes". Also, on the left hand side of the rental ad is a link to a website. When you click on that link, it brings you to a page where you can buy VIP Passes. Those must be the passes that the renter is throwing in for free. Here is an example of one of the cards offered:
